THE FOOD FETISH
 

Having grown up a Syrian-American back in the 50's, our home was always filled with friends, family, and FOOD from various Mediterranean cultures. We cooked everyday, and everything was always made from basic wholesome  foods: home grown, or market purchased, but it was the hours of preparation that gave the women in the kitchen lots of time to swap recipes, laugh, and of course... gossip! My passion has been to share these fabulous flavors with my very large family. Now, I would like to welcome you into my kitchen so that I might inspire you to do the same.
