Confetti chopped salad ingredients are an easy way to prepare and eat, and it stays fresher longer because the seeds are removed. Do take a look at the video clip provided so you can see the technique for chopping.
Dressing, is the Syrian dressing I grew up with: Always refreshing and a lovely asset to any salad!
- Parsley – 1 cup chopped
- Mint – ½ cup chopped
- Cucumbers – 2 regular or one long – chopped
- Tomatoes – 1 cup chopped
- Olives – ½ cup chopped
- Olive oil – ¼ cup
- Lemon juice – ¼ cup
- Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chop all salad ingredients in the confetti style chop. Whisk to emulsify the dressing, and pour across salad. Toss, and serve.
